چکیده
The widespread use of perfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) is resulting in a broad human exposure to these endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs), prompting biomonitoring research evaluate its magnitude and impact, especially during critical windows such as fetal perinatal periods. This study was focused on developing method determine 10 PFAS placental tissue by combining salt-assisted liquid-liquid extraction with dispersive microextraction using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Chemometric strategies were applied optimize the experimental parameters. limit quantification 0.02 ng g?1 for all analytes, inter-day variability (as relative standard deviation) ranged from 7.9% 13.8%. Recoveries 88.2% 113.9%. suitableness procedure demonstrated assessing targeted compounds 20 placenta samples. highest concentrations recorded perfluorooctanoic acid perfluorooctane sulfonate, maximum 0.62 1.02 median 0.13 0.53 g?1, respectively. Median other detected values 0.08 g?1. analytical yields useful data PFAS.

A simple, rapid and efficient dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction by use of ionic liquid (IL-DLLME)method, followed by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) was developed for the preconcentrationand determination of palladium in water samples. In this method, an appropriate mixture of acetone and octylmethyl imidazolium hexafluorophosphate was injected rapidly into the aqueous sample...
متن کاملLiquid to liquid extraction and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry determination of hainanmycin in feed.
Hainanmycin is a new veterinary polyether antibiotic and has few sensitive analytical method in present days. In this study, a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) relying on multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) detection was developed for analysis of hainanmycin in animal feed. Feed samples were extracted with ethyl acetate and purified by two steps of liquid-liquid extracti...
متن کاملDetection of posaconazole by surface-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry with dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction.
A simple, rapid, and sensitive method for the detection of posaconazole using dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (DLLME) coupled to surface-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometric detection (SALDI/MS) was developed. After the DLLME, posaconazole was detected using SALDI/MS with colloidal gold and α-cyano-4-hydroxycinnamic acid (CHCA) as the co-matrix. Under optimal extract...
